Welcome to Ebby Toll Writes (“we,” “us,” “our”), an online academic coaching service. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online writing coaching services (“Services”). By booking a session, purchasing a digital product, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent.

2. Services Provided

Ebby Toll Writes offers online writing and academic coaching, which may include:

• One-on-one coaching sessions delivered through virtual video platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
• Strategic advice on how to achieve your writing goals.
• Personalized feedback on written documents provided during your online session(s).

We do not a) provide ghostwriting (i.e., we will not write your documents for you), or b) guarantee admission to any program or institution. 

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information upon request.
• Present only your own original work during coaching sessions.
• Behave respectfully and professionally during interactions.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing online session recordings or Ebby Toll Writes proprietary materials without our consent.
• Using our services to produce plagiarized or unethical work.
• Engage in abusive or harassing behavior toward your coach.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payment: Payment is due prior to time of online session or according to the selected plan. We accept payments via our website www.ebbytollwrites.com or via a one-time mobile pay link provided by your coach. Payment is accepted in the form of credit/debit cards only. We do not accept Google Pay, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle or any other digital app-based payment provider.

Refunds: Missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable. Cancellations within the 24 hour-period prior to the booked session are non-refundable. (Example: A booked session for 5:00 P.M. E.T., Monday, June 13, 2025, will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received via email or phone call no later than 4:49 P.M. E.T. Sunday, June 12, 2025. Cancellations within the 24 hour-period prior to your booked session may be eligible for rescheduling. If you choose to reschedule your session, you will not be refunded. All prices are listed in U.S. dollar currency only. This preference is subject to change without notice.

5. Scheduling and Attendance

Sessions must be scheduled in advance via our booking platform on www.ebbytollwrites.com. 

Clients are responsible for showing up on time. Late arrivals will result in reduced session time. Clients who arrive to their scheduled session twenty (20) minutes past start time will be considered a no-show. No shows are non-refundable.

Repeated no-shows (two times or more within a 3-month period) will result in account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain full ownership of your written work.
• We retain all rights to coaching materials, templates, and tools shared during sessions.
• You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our materials without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not share any details of your work, your personal information, or our online session without your written consent. You agree not to share any confidential methods or materials used in our sessions.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as higher academic grades, admission to any program or institution, or any other expected outcome other than what is established between the coach and the cl

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ebby Toll Writes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse Services if:

• Payment is not received.
• Terms are violated.
• Abusive or inappropriate behavior is displayed.

Clients may cancel services at any time but are still subject to our refund policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through informal communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled under the laws of Florida and resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If you have supplied us with an up-to-date email address, you will be notified of material changes, and continued use of our Services after such changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
